Serena had just gotten out of work and she was very tired. She just wanted to go home and take 10 hour nap. She was also feeling something wierd with her powers. It was as if they wanted to be used. Probably because the last time she used them was about 3 months ago to make a couple flowers grow in her appartment.
She needed a release and what better place to play around with earth than Central Park. Serena made her way to a place she liked to come to often. Somewhere that a lot of people didn't visit. It was a spot by the lake that was surrounded by trees so it was very hard for anyone to see in it.
Finally Serena settled in and sat down. "Okay lets move this along.." she said as she placed her hand on the floor and let her power flow through the ground. Then two rocks picked themselves of the ground and started hovering. She then maded them fly around before her then shot them out to the lake.

After Delilah made a visit to Logan's apartment, both brother and sister decided a meal was in order, paid by the elder sibling of course. It had laster two hours, full of laughter and tears of the past and present, and even the future.
Walking her back to her place, Logan went to Central Park, his home. It was his escape from everything, from everyone. He would come here often during the hard times before and after his father's death. It was like a memorial for his parents. His thoughts drifted to the times where he and his father would play catch, or when his mother taught him how to fly a kite.
Looking down, he noticed he was hovering slightly. "Crap," he muttered lightly, forcing himself to the ground. Sometimes it was hard to control his power, especially when he wasn't thinking about it.
Walking to the lake, he thought he spotted a familiar blond, he stared at her, not wanting to walk up and have it not be her just to make a total fool of himself. He rested his gaze up into the sky, wondering if his parents were up there smiling.

The rocks fell into the water making a small splash. Serena felt better already. Using her powers was something she needed to do, if not things would grow around her randomly and that was just not pleasant.
Still, she felt alone. She couldn't talk about her powers with anyone and sometimes she really wished she could. There was only one person she would trust with that kind of secret but right now she was too busy being a badass and hanging out with her 'cool' friends. Her sister Selene had grown a little farther from her everyday and right now she really wished she was here.
Serena then felt something behind her. She immediately turned around and saw a squirrel. "Oh hey there little guy.." she said to the squirrel. Hey Serena. responded the squirrel back. "What the hell.." she said to herself as she stared at the squirrel. What? I thought you could use some company. said the squirrel. Serena turned around and tried to ignore the squirrel. This was probably part of her powers but it had ever happened before. "Just leave me alone." she said a bit loud making the squirrel leave.
She then felt someone else there with her..she looked around but couldn't see anyone.

Hearing the rocks hit the water made him look over. The voice raised questions in his mind. Is that Serena?
Turning his head, he decided to take a chance. "Serena?" he asked gingerly, taking a step towards the spot where he heard the voice. "Uh, it's Logan." Shaking his head, he smiled.

Serena couldn't help jump a bit when she heard someone call her name and she was sure it wasn't a squirrel this time. Finally she saw who it was. Logan..something. She couldn't really remember that much, she had a lot of people's names in her mind and this guy wasn't really anything special.
"Oh hi Logan.." she said hoping he hadn't seen the flying rocks..or her talking to a squirrel. "So what are you doing out here? Usually Im the only one out here..." she said to him.

He smiled when she recognized him. Waving slightly, he walked over closer. "I just came out here for a stroll. Just had lunch with my sister," he told her nodding.
"What are you doing here? You look pretty tired." Noticing the squirrel, he smiled. "Seems like you made a little friend."

The day wasn't one of her best ones yet, actually it started out pretty bad. It was a good thing Serena left their apartment, otherwise she might have gotten a piece of a pie she didn't want. To be more specific, Selene's now ex boyfriend would have made an impression. Fights were never a pretty thing, and this was no exception.
A while after Serena left and Selene was left to get some alone time with a good movie, he came by. She didn't know the whole her stealing his motorcycle would get to him that much, but apparently she was wrong. After some nasty words from both sides the fight got physical, luckily she didn't suffer any face damage. Her stomach however was a different story.
That alone would have been bad enough, but what followed was worse. Her power went completely nuts and she ended up burning him pretty bad, after what he ran out. What happened to him she had no idea, she alone was slightly shaken up. But the tough person she was she just got the apartment looking like nothing happened and went out.
She ended up going to the Central Park, something so unlike her to do. But now she needed to be in a place nobody would find her in, knowing she just might have his buddies on her back. Sitting down on the grass she in all the black clothes and leather looked out of place, but for now she didn't mind. Nor did she pay attention to her surroundings.

Central park, awww the fresh air. A place away from schooling, controlling hippie parents, and friends who have way too much drama for their tiny heads to contain. Of course P'aige never really had any of her own drama. She was alwats soft spoken around people she didn't know well, and especially people at school. You get her outside of all that nonsense she's a completely different person.
P'aige stopped dead in her tracks. She could feel it coming over her, like a wave washing over a crab, and sweeping it back out to sea. Her power, she hated it, and yet loved it. A gathering, of people. She knew them, barely, but they had all met before. A couple she knew pretty well. Like Logan, and Serena, she worked with them. Selene was more of a mystery to P'aige.
She slowly made way towards them. Logan, she went to school with him. They never really were ones to hang out with each other, but they sometimes made small talk during classes, and at work, Club Juliet Day.
"Lovely day to have a small gathering of friends." She smiled at each of them. Her hands were stuffed into her pockets that were attatched to her tank top. It was a vibrant blue with a neon rainbow shooting across it.

Serena was very tired and she wanted to be alone. Plus her powers were telling her to use them. She hated when that happened. Ignoring her gifts could cause so much trouble. Hearing Logan speak about the squirrel it made her smile a bit. You have no idea.. she thought with a smile on her face.
"Yeah I guess....i had to work extra today..Miss Day was there so we had to act all normal and perfect." she said as a small chuckle escaped her. Knowing both that the club was always a mess and that she was defenetly not normal.
Thats when she felt a familiar sence. It was as if she knew exactly who had just arrived at the park. Was it part of her power or was it just a twin thing? Well whatever it was she knew that Selene was nearby..she just couldn't see her yet.
Just as she was looking for Selene someone came up to her and Logan. Someone she really didn't know that well. "Oh hi..Paige..." she said. The only reason she remembered her name was because of work and because she liked her name. Paige was a nice girl..but they barely ever spoke and they never hung out so she didn't really know her.

awkward silence.
"So work today was kind of spazzy right?" She smiled trying to make some small talk. P'aige had only worked a couple hours today after school, but it was only lifeguard duty. She needed to break away from her shyness. She knew these people.
"So why is everyone in the park today? Trying to escape hectic lives, I'm guessing."
Her eyes glanced around the park. Scanning, commiting to memory what every one was doing. With her power, she seemed to have gained a sort of photographic memory. It came in handy a lot. Especially when she life guarded at Club Juliet Day. She was able to look at people remember what they were doing and where. if someone was drowning she'd see it in an instant.

Logan smiled at Paige, shrugging. "I was actually on my way home to change and then was going to go out for dinner before going back home to do my homework. I guess I made a little detour."
Glancing at everyone else, he spoke again. "So, why are you here?"

Serena couldn't stand the fact that she had wanted to be alone and all of these people showed up. She wasn't even sure where her sister was but she didn't care right now. All she wanted to do was leave. She could feel her powers calling to her and if they went wild here, she might hurt someone.
Serena got up and gave everyone a smile. "Im gonna go..Im not feeling so good."she said as she started to walk away from the meeting of 'friends'.
